|Recommended: YesIt’s okay — It’s pretty cheap here so that’s good.
|Recommended: YesOk — All good
|Recommended: YesGood but depends on the apartment — I love that each apartment is unique with furnishings but some are just better than others. The carpets is fraying up in our and the sectional isn't ideal.
|Recommended: YesResident — So far good
|Recommended: YesMove in — So far so good just waiting for email to get internet but no problems so far
|Recommended: YesCost Efficient — It's not the nicest apartment you'll find, but it's cost efficient. If you want a pristine apartment, feel free to live elsewhere and pay those prices. As for me, it meets my needs well enough.
|Recommended: YesNot the worst — It's not bad, but the walls are about as thin as they are in military housing. You can hear everything. Also, you have to scrub a lot when you first move in there was gunk and dirt everywhere.
|Recommended: YesKind — Friendly
|Recommended: NoRead this — Moving in was terrible. AC was broken, the apartment was disgusting with damage everywhere, there was no desk in the room, etc. The staff said they’d put in window AC units, they did not. Had to wait several weeks before we had AC in the middle of summer. Apartment was regularly 90 degrees. Our door was broken, my bedroom door was broken, the parking lot floods regularly, freeway is obviously loud due to location, so don’t listen when they say it’s not. There is barely any amenities no real clubhouse, no pool or hot tub on site, no exercise room . It’s a barebones borderline third world level apartment complex. Its only benefit is a comparatively cheap private room and its location near UVU. Paying the extra money for a nicer place is definitely worth it.
|Recommended: NoHell on earth, If you enjoy not getting maintenance requests completed. Having your apartment flooded more than two separate times. Living with 8 different people. Having underground parking that has abandoned cars and major flooding throughout the Summer. Having a felon live with you. Dirty rooms that still have trash from the last tenants. With bedrooms and apartments that DO NOT lock. Then guess what University Towers is the place for you, I lived here from 2021-2022 and it was hell, I never got anything fixed and never received help on getting my security deposit back. Yes, it's only 200 but, I have called, emailed, and spoken to them in person on this issue four different times. Every time I speak to Moana and she tells me the check is being sent In the next ten days two different times she has said that. Still, six months later I have never gotten a check from them. I wish Moana at University Towers was more like the Disney Princess Moana. smh DO NOT GO HERE.
|Recommended: NoNoise — The guy in apartment 3 room E is too noisy and you haven't done anything about it, I'm sick and tired of that. However is not a bad place the noisy guy is the most annoying thing
|Recommended: YesNICE AND FRIENDLY — Staff, and rentees are all respectful and very comfortable with each other and most of all are always willing to help out when needed.
|Recommended: YesReview — Great place to live in. Love the roommates and the staff.
|Recommended: NoImprovements are Needed — This apartment complex may seem like a great deal, but in reality don’t go from what people tell you or from what the staff tell you. Take a tour of the room complex before you sign anything because you’ll probably decide to live somewhere else. The maintenance staff is horrible, they sometimes fix problems, don’t clean up after themselves and the cleanliness of this apartment complex is honestly horrible. The kitchen cabinets are disgusting, there are scratches everywhere, the washer doesn’t work. The dryer takes 3 loads to fully dry a normal load. The underground parking is dirty, there are pipes that leak water underground that have been sent to maintenance, but keep leaking. There is always trash underground, it makes it look like absolute crap. THE APARTMENT COMPLEX NEEDS TO COMPENSATE TENNANTS FINANCIALLY DUE TO CRAPY APARTMENTS
