|Recommended: YesUniversity Towers — I would recommend living here, the building parking garage are not clean at all, but the Apt’s are I feel like that matters more They have had some trouble with maintenance being reliable, but overall I would recommend staying at this complex 😁
|Recommended: NoUnfinished apartments — I would say that my main problem with renting here is that there are damages to the apartment as well as some unfinished things that we were told would be taken care of way back in September but nothing ever came of it.
|Recommended: YesUniversity Towers Review — Fantastic help from management Trace and Lexi are amazing and help things run smoothly. The apartment quality is very nice. The double fridge is one of the best amenities

|Recommended: YesProperty Staff Unavailable — I have had been unjustly charged to my account multiple time for insurance that I have already provided. I have sent in many messages over the course of a month and went to go talk to them the few times I’ve been available. I go during the posted office hours and the doors are locked. I really like the apartment but it is highly frustrating that no one is available to fix this.
|Recommended: NoParking regulations — In general I like living here, but the new parking regulations are terrible. I will be sending a detailed email about this shortly.

|Recommended: YesGood but depends on the apartment — I love that each apartment is unique with furnishings but some are just better than others. The carpets is fraying up in our and the sectional isn't ideal.

|Recommended: YesCost Efficient — It's not the nicest apartment you'll find, but it's cost efficient. If you want a pristine apartment, feel free to live elsewhere and pay those prices. As for me, it meets my needs well enough.
|Recommended: YesNot the worst — It's not bad, but the walls are about as thin as they are in military housing. You can hear everything. Also, you have to scrub a lot when you first move in there was gunk and dirt everywhere.
