|Recommended: YesPretty Good — I would say its a bit crowded living with so many people in one apartment, but its a good, cheap choice for a freshman semester.
|Recommended: YesDecent Living for Freshman Year — University Towers is a great place for first time living. The spaces are very big and can accommodate the seven other roommates living with you. The staff is nice and they are willing to work with you if you are willing to work with them. You can't hear any next door neighbors, but if you have anybody above you you will hear them if they are walking extra hard aggressively on their floor. Decent size of parking lot, just wish there were more spots underground for the winter season, or assigned parking because it's hard to find a spot in the winter. Maintenance people get repairs done in a reasonable amount of time, just depends on what they are fixing. Some of the corner rooms can get unbearably hot during the summer because the sun is on them almost all day, so it's nice to have a big fan to cool the room down since the thermostat cannot be below 70. Overall, this is a good place to live since you meet a lot of different people with the large amount of roommates that there are in the living areas.
|Recommended: YesUniversity Towers is Awesome — It is in a nice location that is pretty close to everything in Orem. UVU is only about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Towers. It is by the freeway so it can be a little noisy at times, but it is not that bad. The management is awesome. They are all super friendly and easy to talk to if you have any issues with anything. The one issue I have dealt with is the walls are not very sound proof so I have to use earplugs to sleep well at night. There are times when maintenance is a little slow fix things. The is above and below ground parking which is nice. The below ground parking fills up fast in the Winter months. Overall University Towers is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesBest management EVER — The management is incredible Lelia, Aubree, and Bailey really care about their tenants and make them feel welcome. Lelia and Aubree really help you with any concerns that you have and go above and beyond to help They are very professional and knowledgeable and will help you with any questions you have. Overall, the management here is great and I would recommend this place to anyone
|Recommended: YesSuper awesome community — It’s super relaxed and fun. The atmosphere is very chill it’s fun and clean here. The office staff is amazing and willing to help if you work with them. The maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and efficiently. I love living here.
|Recommended: YesVery Flexible and Nicely Kept — I love the staff most of all. They are very considerate, the maintenance comes in a very timely fashion, and they’re very polite. The rooms are well kept and newly fernished and they try to keep things up to date. The living area is really nice if only a few people are using it, but it can get a little crowded when 8 people are there at the same time, which is to be expected. Overall I love it here, and I’d definitely reccomend it for its price.
|Recommended: YesLove living here — I was nervous finding an apartment, because it was my first time moving out. I have really liked living here and really enjoyed it.
|Recommended: YesClose to UVU with great parking. — It's great to be able to walk to UVU and not have to battle finding parking. There is also underground parking which is great for avoiding both snow and the heat. The office staff are friendly, maintenance helps with any issues right away, and it's also great to have a fixed utilities fee each month.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. Nice aptarments to live in. — I would recommend people to live here. Great place to live next to UVU campus.
|Recommended: YesPretty Good — This place is not so bad. It's walking distance to school, my roommates are great and the apartments are pretty big. I really don't have anything bad to except sometimes I can hear the neighbors above us which can be a little annoying. But, other than that I'd say this place is a good place to start as a freshman in college.
